The CEREC Primemill
The machine

This is the mill
you just watched.

The CEREC Primemill lives ten feet from the chair. It grinds your crown from a ceramic block under water spray, exactly as the animation shows — most crowns are ready in about fifteen minutes.

01

Scan

A small camera wand maps the tooth in minutes. No trays, no impression goop.

02

Design

Your dentist shapes the crown on screen while you watch — fit, bite and contour.

03

Mill

The Primemill carves it from a solid ceramic block, wet-ground to 25 µm.

04

Fire & seat

Minutes in the furnace bring up strength and shade. Then it's bonded — done.

Same-day ceramic

One tooth.
One afternoon.

Your crown starts as a single solid block of dental ceramic — milled to fit while you wait, chairside in our own office lab.

Cut from one solid block

Two diamond instruments grind the block from opposite sides under a constant water spray, following the design down to the last quarter-millimetre — 25 µm precision, about 15 minutes per crown.

Milled, fired, and yours — today

E.max lithium disilicate — stronger than the enamel it replaces, matched to the shade of the teeth beside it.

Why one visit matters

One visit, one permanent crown. No temporary to babysit for three weeks, no second appointment, no lab wait — digital scan, no impression trays, no metal margin.
